Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Aceternity Solutions Private Limited ("Aceternity," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of our services
We provide custom digital services, including website design and development. Work is tailored to your requirements and often begins shortly after confirmation and payment. Because of this, standard consumer return rules for physical goods may not apply in the same way.
2. General rule: fees are non-refundable once work has started
Except where required by law or expressly stated in your written agreement with us, payments for services are generally non-refundable once we have confirmed your order and begun work (including discovery, design, or development). Deposits and milestone payments compensate for time and resources allocated to your project.
3. Before work begins
If you cancel a project in writing before we have started substantive work, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund of amounts paid minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (for example, third- party licenses or tools purchased for your project), or we may apply credits toward future work as agreed in writing.
4. After work has been delivered
Delivery of design files, code repositories, exports, or access to deployed work as agreed in your contract generally completes our obligation for that phase. Refunds are not provided for completed and accepted deliverables, or where delays or dissatisfaction result from incomplete feedback, unavailable assets, or scope changes on your side, unless your agreement says otherwise.
5. Disputes and quality concerns
If you believe work does not match what was agreed in your signed proposal or statement of work, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will review good-faith concerns and work with you to resolve them according to the revision and acceptance terms in your contract. Requesting a refund does not replace the process set out in your agreement.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we may suspend work and pursue available remedies. Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer so we can help.
7. Third-party fees
Fees paid directly to third parties (for example, hosting providers, domain registrars, or stock asset licenses) are subject to those vendors' refund policies. We do not control or guarantee refunds for third-party services.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Your agreement and the Terms in effect when you purchased services also apply.
